The massage technique can be tailored to each individual and their needs. Usually, the focus is on helping circulation, decreasing water retention, and relieving any aches and pains which may occur. The treatment also calms the nervous system and restores a sense of well-being. Much care is taken to ensure that the client feels comfortable at all stages of pregnancy.

This massage can be done as part of your health and wellbeing routine during pregnancy. The weight gain and hormonal changes resulting from pregnancy have a big impact on the body and incorporating regular massage into your routine can be beneficial not only during pregnancy but can help you get back to feeling your best after birth.

The treatment can be performed using soft or strong pressure depending on client preference. It may also include cupping. However, we avoid the stomach.
