What Is Hydrotherapy Massage?

Hydrotherapy underwater massage is widely popular in Eastern Europe and our hydrotherapy bath will be the very first in the UK! The hydrotherapy massage involves immersing the client in a warm and relaxing thermal bath (head and face always stay dry) while the therapist uses a pressure jet of water to intensively massage problem areas. The treatment reduces cellulite, stimulates the lymphatic system, tightens skin, and dramatically reduces swelling and puffiness.

For best results, we recommend course of 6-8 treatments ideally combined with a body wrap of your choice from our marine based Thalasso therapy.

How Does Hydrotherapy Massage Work?

Relaxation in warm water helps to dilate the blood vessels and increase flow of oxygen to the muscles. These benefits are combined with the expertise of our skilled therapists who use the directed flow of the powerful water jet hose to massage the body. Each treatment is tailored to the individual client and will target all individual problem areas.

Much like our signature Cellulite Slayer massage, the underwater massage increases blood flow to the problem areas, stimulates the lymphatic system, and breaks down fat deposits. This makes it a perfect treatment for reducing cellulite, reducing fluid retention, and detoxing the body,
