A physiotherapist has been branded the “cellulite slayer” because she helps clients to smooth out their pins.
Tetyana Probyy-Holova, who is originally from the Ukraine, runs a clinic in Chelsea, London.
Customers pay £140 for her “signature cellulite slayer massage”, where trained beauticians target “problem areas like thighs, hips, stomach and arms”.
Cupping techniques are used along with intensive massage to “instantly lift and sculpt the body”.
But if you don’t have the cash to spend on the luxury treatment, there’s no need to fret.
On her Instagram page, Tetyana shares her top tips for reducing cellulite on your own at home.
Here are her top six pieces of advice…
1. Have regular epsom salt baths
This month, Tetyana said: “Epsom salt contains magnesium and helps to reduce swelling, inflammation, stiffness, and pain.
“Definitely one to try.”
The expert recommends doing these twice a week for 20-25 minutes each time.
You should use a minimum of 500mg of product to see the best results.
2. Self massage daily
On Instagram, Tetyana explained: “Self massage increases circulation, preventing cellulite.
“It stimulates organ function, helps your body detox and improves sleep.
“It also has many other benefits, such as slowing ageing, nourishing your skin.”
Run your hands over areas of your body that you’re prone to getting cellulite.
Regular massaging can apparently make all the difference.
